Fever blisters, cold sores, I don’t care what you call them, I hate them. They hurt, are annoying, and most important, embarrassing. If you suffer from them, I know what you are going through. I found out that I had come in contact with the herpes simplex 1 virus when I was a young child. This is not an uncommon event, as you may already know. I could have contracted it with something so simple as sharing a soda with another child. My embarrassment was magnified due to the fact that I not only got cold sores very frequently, but mine also lasted longer than the average persons. It was actually pretty simple, and inexpensive to achieve my new results, all it took were some minor changes in my life.

What you must first do when battling the virus is simple, but it all comes down to you. Good hygiene is very important, make sure you wash your hands every opportunity you get. You must also avoid stress whenever possible. It is well-known that she stress can lead to a weakened immune system which in turn leads to more cold sores. You must also try to get plenty of rest, and live a healthier lifestyle.
